Our Products
We make handcrafted olive wood mezuzahs, including the patented Electronic Mezuzah. Because each piece is cut from natural olive wood, the grain, color and markings vary - no two are exactly alike, and your mezuzah may look slightly different from the photos. Display stands shown in some photos are not included unless stated in the product description.
Prices and Payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars unless another currency is selected, and may change without notice. Special Edition and promotional prices are valid while they are shown on the website.
- The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
- Payment is due when you order, or on delivery for cash on delivery orders.
- Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. After you order, you receive an email confirming that we received it. We may decline or cancel an order - for example, if an item is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping times, costs, tracking and our 30-day return policy are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Intellectual Property
The Electronic Mezuzah is a patented product. All website content - including text, designs, photographs, logos and graphics - belongs to God Shema Israel or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
Please do not misuse the website - for example, by attempting to access other customers' accounts, interfering with the site's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Warranty and Liability
We stand behind our products. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will work with you to fix it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
