We want you to love your mezuzah. If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Here is how returns work at God Shema Israel.
Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted, except for items that arrived damaged or faulty.
Items You Can Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging, including the gift box and all included parts.
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at shalom@godshemaisrael.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging so it is protected in transit.
- Ship it back using a trackable service and keep your receipt until the return is complete.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. In those cases we cover the cost of the return.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, does not work as expected, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
Would you prefer a different design? Contact us and we will help you exchange your mezuzah for another symbol, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will let you know and process your refund. See our Refund Policy for details on how and when refunds are paid.
